Ramsay Welding and Fabrication has been engaged in providing quality forming services for many years. We are endowed with high performance press brakes, iron workers, shears and punches that can comprehensively machine materials of any kind and quality. In addition, we indulge in the production of tooling instruments, frames for medical industries and electro-curing machine parts for energy sciences.
  • Different gauges of sheet metal are effectively bent, sheared and punched using our regular and CNC machines
  • We can bend sheet metal gauge up to 12 feet. Plates of mild and stainless steel are bent up to 14 feet
  • Our shears are capable of cutting larger amount of stock in a fast and neat manner. Dimensional tolerances and thicknesses are maintained strictly at Ramsay Welding and Fabrication
  • Our 44 ton CNC punch can machine materials up to 3/8 inches thickness. Hole patterns of up to 6 inches diameter are achieved by our GEKA 110/180 ton iron worker
  • We also possess a CNC press brake, which can handle complex geometries with ease
  • CNC technology has many distinctive features like prototyping, automated sheet load and precise handling of parts with complex and intricate features
